You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in their original packaging, unused, and with intact tags.
If your product has any manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can assist you with the process. To initiate your request, email us at [email protected], including your order details (AWB code – Air Waybill), complete addresses, recipient´s e-mail address and a description of the issue and their respective values. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose between a refund, an exchange for another product, or store credit.
In these cases, the User will receive email confirmation, whenever possible immediately, acknowledging receipt of their request, which will be processed and responded to within a maximum of five (5) days.
If the product conditions won’t be ideally for exchange or return, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will notify the Consumer to arrange for the Product to be returned and will require the Consumer to cover the shipping costs for the new delivery of the Product.
If the Product is in suitable condition, K1 Multimarcas will notify the Customer of the acceptance and validation of the returned product’s condition and allow the Customer to choose between: (i) the shipment of an identical product at no additional cost, or (ii) a full refund of the payment made by the Customer (including the product price and shipping costs).
If the requested Product for exchange is unavailable, the Customer may choose between: (i) a full refund of the payment (including the product price and shipping costs), or (ii) an immediate exchange for any available Product on the website.
In case of loss, we will contact the carrier, and a search will be initiated. The process with the carrier will be opened within a maximum of twenty-one calendar days after delivery.
