1.2. Payments and deliveries are processed by K1 Multimarcas Ltda., which uses the PayPal platform as a payment method, responsible for refunds, returns, cancellations, customer service, and other payment-related matters.

1.3. The online store www.liniofficial.com and www.linibrazil.com aims to serve as a virtual marketplace for promoting and selling clothing and accessory retail products.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. User: Any person who browses the online store.

2.2. Customer: Any User who makes a purchase or uses a store credit for acquiring products on the online store.

In all cases, the User will receive, through the same communication channel, confirmation—whenever possible, immediately—of receipt of their request, which will be processed and responded to within a maximum period of five (5) days.

4. PAYMENT TERMS IN THE PRODUCT OFFER

4.1. K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will provide, on the website, for each product, a descriptive page containing information about its characteristics, composition, stock availability, payment terms, and total price.

5. PURCHASE ORDER – PAYMENT METHOD AND TERMS

5.1. To purchase products, the Customer must access their account and follow the website's instructions. Once the products and their respective quantities are selected, the Customer will be directed to the payment page (PayPal payment) for calculating shipping and selecting the payment method. This is the last opportunity for the Customer to identify and correct any errors made in the previous steps. After completing the purchase, changes cannot be made (modification of quantities, products, payment methods, etc.).

K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will immediately send an email to the Customer indicating the purchase number, products and quantities purchased, price, shipping cost, payment method, and delivery period. To ensure Customer security, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. may contact the Customer to confirm the purchase made by them or by third parties, including verifying registration and payment details. The company may also cancel the purchase if any discrepancies related to the data provided by the Customer are identified during the purchase process. The Customer declares that they have read and are aware of all the provisions of the Terms of Use and the Policies that comprise it.

5.2. Order Changes: As a rule, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. does not accept changes to orders (payment methods, quantities, delivery location, date, or time) after their completion. If the Customer wishes to change any item in their order, they can contact the CSC(Customer Service Center) to check the possibility of modification, which can only be made if there is still sufficient time for such changes according to the order's preparation and shipping stage.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1. The Customer can pay for their purchases on the website using credit cards issued in their name, either as the primary cardholder or as a dependent, from the following brands: Visa®, Mastercard®, Elo®, and American Express®. For security and fraud prevention, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. reserves the right to refuse third-party credit card.

7. PAYMENT SECURITY

7.1. K1 Multimarcas Ltda. has a specific policy addressing matters related to product acquisition, including the security of payments made on the website: Privacy Policy.

8. THE INFLUENCE OF PAYMENT METHODS ON DELIVERY AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

8.1. Delivery: During the purchase process, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will inform the Customer of an estimated delivery period for the products. This estimate considers the purchased products, their quantities, available stock, and the distance between our distribution centers and the Customer's delivery address. The delivery period will be counted from the date the order is approved, which may vary according to the chosen payment method. Typically, approval occurs immediately for payments made credit card.

8.2. Return: If the Customer quit a purchase made on the website, they may notify K1 Multimarcas Ltda. through the CSC (Customer Service Center) and request the return of the product and cancellation of the purchase. The procedure is fully detailed in the Return and Exchange Policy. If the product is in acceptable condition, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will notify the Customer, informing them that the returned product has been accepted, and will proceed with a full refund of the amounts paid for the purchased product, including the product price and shipping costs.

8.3. If the regret relates to only one of the products listed in an order, the refund of shipping costs will be proportional. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be processed as a chargeback, requested by K1 Multimarcas Ltda. to the card administrator within a maximum of 72 (seventy-two) hours after the acceptance and validation of the returned product conditions. The period for completing the chargeback is the sole responsibility of the card administrator.
