The Product Delivery Policy below is an integral part of the Terms of Use.

1. Delivery Time
1.1. Estimate: The transportation time varies depending on the destination location and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. To check this, simply enter the ZIP code of the delivery address during checkout and consult the estimated delivery times provided by the postal service or our partner carriers.

This period starts only after the purchase is authorized by the financial institution (bank settlement or credit card authorization). Such authorization may take 2 to 3 business days, according to the financial institutions' policies.

Once the shipment is dispatched, an automatic email will be sent with the status of your order and the tracking number for delivery.

The delivery time is calculated starting from the receipt of the tracking number for tracking on the postal service website.

IMPORTANT: After we receive the order, it is not possible to change the delivery method or request expedited or priority service. Address changes, such as the house number or complement, are also not allowed. All delivery times take into consideration stock availability, the region, the process of issuing the invoice, and product preparation time. Our system automatically sends email alerts with each update on the status of your order. Therefore, it is important to keep your email address updated in your registration.

1.2. Delivery Hours and Scheduling: K1 Multimarcas Ltda. dispatches orders on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with exceptions in special situations.

1.3. Weekends and Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed and separated on the next business day after payment confirmation, as defined in item 1.1 of this document.

1.4. Delivery Time: The delivery of the order will occur within the period determined at the time of confirmation. Check the delivery time by simulating it in the shopping cart.

1.5. Recipients at the Delivery Location: The delivery service is conducted by the postal service or carriers contracted by K1 Multimarcas Ltda. The order can be received by third parties, such as building/residence staff or relatives, as long as the packaging is checked at the time of receipt.

1.6. Damaged Packaging: K1 Multimarcas Ltda. is not responsible for orders received with signs of tampering.

Possible Reasons for Delivery Delays:

• Delivery failures due to the customer’s absence at the registered delivery address.
• Incorrect or incomplete address.
• Change of address.
• Unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Strikes by postal or transportation services without prior notice.
• Your address may be classified by the postal service as an area with differentiated delivery times, citing an elevated risk of robbery in the delivery area. This means that the delivery time may be redefined by the postal service, differing from the periods provided on our website.

International deliveries are currently only available within the United States. If you do not receive the product within the expected time, please contact our team through our customer support center.


The shipping cost varies based on the selected product and delivery location. The amount will be shown during the purchase process before completing the order.

2. Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for product delivery is automatically calculated by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume, and quantity of the products purchased, as well as the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery address provided by the customer. At its discretion, K1 Multimarcas Ltda., through the website, may offer special shipping categories for some products and locations, either permanently or temporarily. In this case, each category may offer different prices and delivery times, and it is up to the customer to choose the category that best meets their expectations.

 

3. Refusal of Receipt
The customer should check the following aspects when receiving the products:
(i) If the packaging is open, tampered with, or damaged;
(ii) If the product is damaged during transport, opened, tampered with, or used;
(iii) If the delivered products do not match those purchased on the website and/or the invoice; or
(iv) If the content of the package is incomplete.

In case of any discrepancies, the customer should refuse to accept the product and contact the Customer Service Center through the contact form available on website or by emailing [email protected] for immediate resolution of the issue. If the product is incorrectly accepted, the customer can request an exchange only in cases provided for in the Exchange and Return Policy.

4. Delivery Attempts
K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will deliver the products purchased on the website within the established time frame and to the address provided by the customer. If delivery cannot be made due to the customer’s absence, the absence of an authorized person, restrictions on the condominium’s schedule, physical limitations preventing delivery, or errors by the customer in providing the correct delivery address at the time of purchase, two additional attempts will be made. If all three delivery attempts fail, the products will be returned to the distribution center, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed in accordance with the terms of the Exchange and Return Policy related to cancellations due to customer regret.

 

5. Other situations
5.1. Order Changes: K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will not accept any changes to the order (payment method, quantities, delivery location, date, or time) after the purchase process has been completed on the website.

5.2. Holds: If the purchased products are held by fiscal authorities due to the customer’s issues, K1 Multimarcas Ltda. will immediately inform the customer of the situation. However, we are exempt from the obligation to deliver, as the products can only be released by the competent authority once the customer presents themselves.

5.3. Alerts: K1 Multimarcas Ltda. may send emails or SMS messages to the customer to inform about any changes in the delivery process, such as when the products leave the distribution center, their movement within the city, the estimated delivery time, potential delays, and more.
